Built to be dependable.

  • Licensed clinicians

Every Nureli provider is licensed in the state where you receive care.

  • Secure telehealth

Visits happen on an encrypted platform separate from this website.

  • Multi-state availability

One care team, consistent standards, expanding state by state.

  • Evidence-based treatment

Treatment plans grounded in current psychiatric clinical guidance.

The visit itself

A real appointment, a real plan.

Your first visit is a full evaluation with a licensed clinician — typically 45 to 60 minutes. You'll talk through your history, what you've already tried, and what you want to feel different.

  • One clinician who stays with you, not a rotating queue.
  • Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy you already use.
  • Messaging between visits for questions that can't wait.
  • Plans written in plain language, shared with you after every visit.

How it works

Getting started takes about ten minutes

No referral needed, unless your insurance requires it. Tell us what's going on, choose a time, and meet your clinician by video. Note: Nureli does not prescribe controlled substances under any circumstances.

  1. Connect with us on Spruce

We will request initial items to get the intake process started, such as photo ID, and insurance cards if applicable.

  2. Intake completion and scheduling

Once your intake paperwork is complete and your portal is activated, we will match you with a clinician licensed in your state and show you real openings, usually within days, if not the same day.

  3. Meet by video and start

Complete your evaluation, agree on a plan together, and book your follow-up before you log off.

Conditions we commonly treat

If what you're dealing with isn't listed, we can still help you figure out the right next step.

Insurance and clear self-pay pricing

We accept many major plans, and we tell you what you'll owe before your first visit — not after.

  • AetnaPPO · HMO
  • EvernorthPPO · HMO
  • CurativePPO · HMO
  • Anthem & BCBSPPO · HMO
  • MedicarePPO · HMO

Paying out of pocket? Self-pay pricing is flat and published: $100 for your initial evaluation and $50 for each follow-up.

Coverage varies by plan and state. Accepted plans are listed for reference only and are not a guarantee of benefits; we verify your coverage before your first visit. Nureli does not prescribe controlled substances of any kind, and appointments booked specifically to start or continue a controlled substance are non-refundable.

  • My clinician actually explained why she was suggesting what she suggested, and changed course when it wasn't working for me.

    Patient in Arizona

  • Knowing the cost before the appointment took away the thing I was most anxious about. No surprise bill afterward.
