• Operations — quality review, licensing, and clinician credentialing.

Your rights

• Inspect and get a copy of your medical record.
• Request an amendment to information you believe is incorrect.
• Request an accounting of certain disclosures.
• Request confidential communications through a specific channel.
• File a complaint without any effect on your care.
