Do you take my insurance?

We accept many major plans, and which ones depend on the state you're in. We verify your benefits before your first visit and tell you your expected cost up front. If we're out of network, flat self-pay pricing is published on the pricing page. We do not list all insurances we are in network with, so if you don't see your specific insurance, contact us.

Can a Nureli clinician prescribe medication?

Yes, for non-controlled medications. Our psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners can prescribe and manage medication where clinically appropriate, and send prescriptions to the pharmacy you already use. Nureli does not prescribe controlled substances of any kind — including ADHD stimulants and benzodiazepines — under any circumstances.

How soon can I be seen?

Most patients complete their first evaluation within a few days of booking. Availability varies by state and by the type of clinician you need.

Which states do you serve?

Nureli currently serves Texas and Arizona, and we're adding states as our clinicians are licensed. You need to be physically located in a state we serve at the time of your visit.

What if I'm in crisis?

Nureli does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you're in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or dial 911.

Do you prescribe controlled substances?

Accepted Answer

No. Nureli does not prescribe controlled substances under any circumstances. This includes stimulants for ADHD (such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Concerta, or Ritalin), benzodiazepines (such as Xanax, Ativan, or Klonopin), and any other Schedule II–V medication. We cannot start, continue, refill, or bridge these prescriptions, even if another clinician prescribed them before. Appointments booked specifically to start or continue a controlled substance are non-refundable, so please confirm this policy works for you before scheduling.
