This website provides general information about Nureli Medical Group's services. Using it does not create a clinician–patient relationship; that begins only when you complete an appointment with a Nureli clinician.

Eligibility

Services are available to patients physically located in the states where our clinicians are licensed at the time of the visit. You must be 18 or older to create an account; adolescent care is arranged by a parent or guardian.

Emergencies

Nureli does not provide emergency services. Call or text 988, or dial 911, if you are in crisis.
