How billing works

Nureli bills your insurer directly when you're covered. You'll see your estimated cost-share before the appointment is confirmed, and a receipt after each visit.

  • No surprise facility fees — every visit is telehealth.
  • Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours ahead at no cost.
  • Superbills are available if you're filing out-of-network.

Have a question about a bill? Message your care team in the EHR portal, and a Nureli coordinator will follow up.

Controlled substance policy

Nureli does not prescribe controlled substances under any circumstances. This includes ADHD stimulants, benzodiazepines, and any other Schedule II–V medication, whether you are starting them or continuing a prescription from another clinician.

Because of this, appointments scheduled specifically to start or continue a controlled substance are non-refundable. Please confirm this policy works for your care needs before booking.
