Nureli

How it works

Timely appointments without the traditional wait

  • Licensed clinicians in every state we serve.

How it works

Four steps to your first visit

Most people finish the first three in a single sitting, and meet their clinician later the same or next day, or within a week. Note: Nureli does not prescribe controlled substances under any circumstances.

  1. Complete intake

Connect with us on Spruce, send in your information (insurance cards, photo ID, etc), fill out 10 simple forms (real simple!) in the EHR portal, and you are done.

  2. Pick a time

Choose an appointment that fits your schedule from our availability. If you don't see any availability, let us know!

  3. Meet your clinician

A 45–60 minute video or phone evaluation. You'll talk through history, symptoms, goals, and options in plain language.

  4. Keep care going

Follow-ups, prescription management, and messaging between visits so nothing is missed.

Your first visit

What the evaluation actually covers

Your clinician will ask about what brought you in, what you've tried before, your medical history, what you want to be different, and more. You'll leave with a working plan — not homework and a shrug.

  • A clear explanation of your symptoms
  • Treatment options, including what medication can and can't do
  • A follow-up schedule and how to reach your care team
